We are seeking an organised and dependable Office Support Assistant to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of our London headquarters. Key Responsibilities
• Manage daily office operations, including supplies, equipment, and workspace organisation
• Coordinate internal meetings, travel arrangements, and team events
• Handle incoming communications and direct enquiries to the appropriate team members
• Assist with basic finance administration such as expense tracking, invoicing, and record keeping
• Provide general administrative support to the founders and wider team as needed
Requirements
• Previous experience in an office support, administrative, or operations role
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, or equivalent productivity tools
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and professional demeanour
• Able to commute to our office on a full-time basis
