Implementation Consultant

We are looking for an Implementation Consultant to lead the rollout of CrunchTime at partner universities, taking institutions from their existing legacy systems to a fully live, working timetable on the new platform. This role sits at the intersection of operations, project management, and customer success, and you will be the senior voice making sure each implementation goes smoothly, on schedule, and to the standard our partners expect. The migrations you lead will set the tone for every implementation that comes after.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation projects at partner universities, including data migration, configuration, training, and go-live

• Act as the primary project owner across each engagement, coordinating internal teams and partner stakeholders to keep timelines on track

• Build clear implementation playbooks, runbooks, and training materials that scale across multiple universities

• Surface common patterns and edge cases from implementations back to product and engineering to inform the roadmap

• Maintain strong relationships with partner institutions through and beyond go-live, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and adoption

Requirements

• Significant experience leading software implementations or operational transformations, ideally in higher education, public sector, or enterprise SaaS

• Strong project management skills with the ability to run multiple complex engagements in parallel

• Comfort working with senior stakeholders, including registrars, IT directors, and academic leadership

• Sharp analytical skills with the ability to map institutional processes into software workflows

• Excellent written and verbal communication, with the credibility to lead implementations end to end
