Human-AI Interaction Researcher

We are seeking a seasoned Human-AI Interaction Researcher to help shape the future of seamless, intuitive collaboration between humans and intelligent systems. This role focuses on understanding how people interact with AI technologies and translating those insights into innovative, user-centered solutions that elevate both usability and impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and lead research studies exploring how individuals engage with AI-powered tools and interfaces

• Apply human-computer interaction (HCI) principles to improve AI systems' accessibility, usability, and adoption

• Partner with designers, engineers, and product teams to translate research findings into actionable design and development strategies

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis to inform system behaviors, conversational flows, and decision-support mechanisms

• Stay informed on emerging research, tools, and best practices in human-AI interaction and related fields

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Science, Human Factors, or related discipline (PhD preferred)

• Proven track record in researching and improving interactions between people and intelligent systems

• Strong skills in user research methodologies, usability testing, and behavioral analysis

• Ability to synthesize complex findings into clear, actionable recommendations for cross-functional teams

• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to advocate for the user experience in AI-driven contexts
