We are seeking a Client Experience Specialist who will act as the bridge between our company and the people we serve, ensuring every interaction is seamless, engaging, and memorable. Key Responsibilities
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their questions, concerns, and requests are handled efficiently and with care
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure projects and services are delivered smoothly, on time, and to a high standard
• Proactively identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and strengthen long-term relationships
• Organize and participate in client meetings, follow-ups, and feedback sessions to continually refine our service approach
• Monitor client feedback, analyse trends, and recommend improvements to processes and touchpoints
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
• Proven experience in client-facing roles, preferably within the tech, creative, or professional services sectors
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and connect with people from diverse backgrounds
• A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
